• Release of Rights
  You understand that you will not receive compensation for the use of these materials and waive any claims related to their use.

• Assumption of Risk
  You acknowledge that participation in the event may involve certain risks and voluntarily assume responsibility for your participation.

• Waiver of Liability
  To the extent permitted by law, you release and hold harmless 9610855 Canada Inc. d.b.a. Be Brilliant Media, its organizers, and the venue from any claims arising from injury, loss, or damage that may occur during the event.

• Personal Responsibility
  You agree to participate in a safe and respectful manner and to follow any guidance provided by the organizers or venue staff.
